- All orders are shipped through USPS. We do not offer alternate shipping through UPS, FedX or other carriers.
- No signature is required in order for your package to be delivered.
- Your package does not require you to be present to be delivered.
- You will know your order has been shipped, when you receive an e-mail telling you the package number.
- You can not literally "track" the exact whereabouts of your package, however, you can look up the date it was shipped and see that it is in route to you.
- You can also sign up with USPS to receive a free e-mail informing you of the delivery of your package.
- If you have not received an e-mail from us within 1 business day of your purchase, please feel free to e-mail us to check on the status of your order.
